Istanbul Sapphire Observation Deck
Istanbul Sapphire is one of the tallest buildings in Europe and Turkey. The building is 260 meters in height. At the height of 231 meters, it has one of the highest observation decks in Istanbul. Observation Deck is located at the top of Sapphire Shopping Mall, where you can find famous brands and restaurants. We are sure that you have never looked at Istanbul from this point of view.
