For safety reasons the attraction can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance. The Spirit of London Taxi Ride is a continuously moving ride requiring some physical endeavour to board and disembark, and is therefore unfortunately not accessible due to health and safety considerations. This voucher is not for re-sale. You may be requested to show the credit card that you used to make the purchase when collecting your tickets at the attraction.
Please be aware that, during peak periods, you may have to queue to gain entry. If you wish to avoid the morning rush and reduce waiting times, it is advisable to arrive after 14:00
