Pioneer Pass Terms & Conditions:

• Retail Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed on the same day as the Pioneer Pass ticket date.
• The Retail Credit can be redeemed over multiple transactions on the same day. Retail Credits can be combined and be used in one transaction.
• Please present the wristband or Pioneer Pass Ticket at the Retail Shop to avail the credit.
• The tickets are non-refundable and amendments will not be possible on these tickets.

By public transportation: The museum is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Emirates Tower station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the museum from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
