To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the large-scale music and dance epic ""Happy Chinese New Year - Xinjiang is a Nice Place"" offers a multifaceted performance incorporating dance, vocal music, and chanting. This event is jointly presented by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China and the People’s Government of China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
The performance consists of three parts:
Dances from the Tianshan Mountains
Songs over the New Silk Road
Symphony of the Kunlun Mountains
Through spectacular stage designs, the performance depicts the colourful regional culture of Xinjiang, presenting a vivid tapestry of cultural interaction and integration between various ethnic groups. As the saying goes: ‘Appreciate the culture of others as one does one’s own and the world will become a harmonious whole.’

Schedule
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and the performance starts at 8:00 p.m.
How to get there: By car: You can drive to the Cultural Foundation from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. You can park there for free.
By public transport: The Cultural Foundation is accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be Abu Dhabi Bus Station which is 1.2 Kilometers away from the Cultural Foundation.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the Cultural Foundation. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
