Atlantis Aquaventure Timing

• Daily: 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM

Please Note: Upcoming maintenance will result in temporary closures.

• Aquaconda and Zoomerango Family Ride: Closed from 11th - 19th September 2023. Alternatives include Shockwave and Odyssey of Terror rides in Trident Tower (minimum height requirement: 1.2m).
• Splashers Cove (Kids area for below 1.2 meters): Closed from 7th September - 9th October 2023. Splashers Mountain, Splashers Island, and Splashers Lagoon remain open.

Atlantis Aquaventure Ticket Information

• All ticket sales are final and 100% non-refundable.
• Food, beverages, glassware, and alcohol are not allowed.
• Please carry a valid photo ID.

Important Things to Know Before Your Visit

Dress Code

• Acceptable Swimwear: One-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini.
• Unacceptable Swimwear: Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items.
• Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.

Age and Health Restrictions

• Not recommended for expecting mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions.
• Children must be at least 13 years old to enter unaccompanied by an adult. Certain rides require guests to be over 1.2m. All guests over 1.2m must purchase an adult ticket.

• Atlantis The Palm is easily accessible. Drive to Palm Jumeirah and follow the signs for Atlantis The Palm.

By Public Transportation

• Take the metro to the Mall of the Emirates station, then hail a taxi directly to the park.

By Taxi

• Taxis are a convenient option, and most drivers are familiar with the location.
