Please note upcoming maintenance and temporary closures:

• Aquaconda and Zoomerango Family Ride: Closed from 11th - 19th September 2023. Enjoy Shockwave and Odyssey of Terror rides in Trident Tower as alternatives (minimum height of 1.2m required).
• Splashers Cove (Kids area for below 1.2 meters): Closed from 7th September to 9th October 2023. Splashers Mountain, Splashers Island, and Splashers Lagoon remain open.

Atlantis Aquaventure Ticket Information

• Aquaventure Waterpark ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol are not permitted in the park.
• Carry a valid photo ID.

Important Things to Know Before Your Visit

• Dress Code:

  • Acceptable swimwear: One-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis.
  • Unacceptable swimwear: Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer items.
  • Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed; swim nappies/diapers are available in gift shops.

• Age and Health Restrictions:

  • Not recommended for expecting mothers, or individuals with neck, back, joint, or heart problems, overweight, or physically limiting conditions.
  • Guests with injuries or contagious diseases are not permitted.
  • Unaccompanied children must be at least 13 years old. Certain rides are restricted to those over 1.2m. All individuals over 1.2m require an adult ticket.

• By car: Drive to Palm Jumeirah and follow signs for Atlantis The Palm.
• By public transportation: Take the metro to Mall of the Emirates station, then a taxi to the park.
• By taxi: Most taxi drivers are familiar with the location.
