Important things to know before your visit
- Jais Sky Tour Dress Code: Casual, sporty and comfortable clothing is allowed on the zipline. Dresses, skirts, and beachwear are not allowed. Wear trainers or closed-toe footwear, no flip-flops, sandals, high heels, or loose shoes allowed.
- Jais Sky Tour Age and Health Restrictions
- Weight requirements: Min 40 kg - Max 100 kg.
- Height requirements: 122 cm minimum.
- People younger than 18 who meet the requirements are allowed to do the tour on their own but should be accompanied and show a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian.
- Participants need to be healthy and feel good.
- People under the influence of alcohol and illicit drugs are not allowed to participate.
- Photos & Videos: You can take your experience home by availing the photo and video services for an additional fee.

How to get there: To get to the destination, you need to drive 30 km to the top of Jebel Jais Mountain. The road is easily accessible by car. Once you arrive at the top of the mountain, drive to the Zipline Parking as it is shown on your booking confirmation.
When you reach the spot, you will see an information center where you need to check the details of your reservation. Be advised to print or download the instructions, directions and map.
