By booking this party, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Reservation Policy:

  • Reservations are for families and ladies only.
  • Reservations made on the website are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Entry and Security:

  • If a barcode is withdrawn, it cannot be retrieved.
  • It is prohibited to bring food or drinks from outside; these will be confiscated.
  • Management reserves the right to confiscate any items brought to the party, including food, drinks, dangerous materials, or potential weapons.
  • Chef Beach management disclaims responsibility for confiscated materials.
  • The reservation holder must follow the instructions and protocols of the Chef Beach and Resort Organization Management. Non-compliance will result in exclusion from the party venue without a ticket refund.
  • Commitment to public decency is required; transparent, short, or revealing clothing for women is prohibited.
  • Approaching the stage, standing, or interacting with performers is prohibited.
  • Physical or verbal abuse of employees, performers, or attendees is prohibited.
  • Please adhere to designated seating areas according to your reservation classification.
  • Vandalizing Chef Beach property will result in legal accountability and a fine determined by management.
  • Chef Beach management is not responsible for visitor injuries or death.
  • Management is not responsible for lost personal property; please take care of your belongings.
  • A parking area is provided, but management disclaims responsibility for any traffic accidents.
  • The event may be documented, and media may publish photos, videos, or audio clips. Chef Beach management disclaims all responsibility.
  • Tampering with, forging, or reusing a reservation exposes you to legal accountability.
  • Security management reserves the right to conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and security.
  • Re-entry after leaving the venue requires purchasing a new ticket.
  • Management or security can exclude visitors per stated terms, without refunding the reservation value.

• Cancellation and Refunds:

  • In events of force majeure, such as earthquakes, fires, or floods, tickets will not be refunded.
  • Customers can request a refund within 24 hours of party cancellation or postponement announcement.
  • Failure to contact Chef Beach within the specified period renders the reservation invalid and non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed through the original bank account used for purchase; no other methods are available.
  • Reservations cannot be exchanged or used for another party under any circumstances.
