• Reservation Policy:

  • Reservations made on the website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once a barcode is withdrawn, it cannot be retrieved.
  • Reservations cannot be exchanged or used for another event.

• Food and Beverage Policy:

  • Bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited and will be confiscated.
  • Management reserves the right to confiscate any items, including food, drinks, dangerous materials, or potential weapons.

• Dress Code:

  • Commitment to public decency is required, prohibiting transparent, short, or revealing clothing for women.

• Conduct:

  • Physical or verbal abuse of employees, performers, or attendees is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to appear on stage, stand, approach, or engage with the performers.
  • Visitors must adhere to designated seating areas as per reservation classification.

• Liability and Responsibility:

  • Chef Beach management disclaims responsibility for confiscated materials.
  • Management is not responsible for visitor injuries, legal issues, or lost personal property.
  • Vandalizing Chef Beach or resort property results in legal accountability and fines.
  • Management disclaims responsibility for visitor vehicles and any traffic accidents.

• Security:

  • Chef Beach security may conduct routine inspections for safety purposes.
  • If a reservation is tampered with or forged, it results in legal consequences.
  • Visitors leaving the venue during the party must purchase a new ticket for re-entry.

• Refunds and Cancellations:

  • In cases of cancellation or postponement, refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the announcement.
  • Refunds are processed through the original bank account used for purchase.
  • No refunds for force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, or floods.

• Media Documentation:

  • The event may be documented, and photos or videos may be published. Management disclaims responsibility for published media content.
