• Reservation Policies:

  • Reservations made on the website are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Once the barcode is withdrawn, it cannot be retrieved.

• Prohibited Items:

  • Bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited; these will be confiscated.
  • The management reserves the right to confiscate any items, including food, drinks, dangerous materials, or potential weapons.
  • Chef Beach management disclaims responsibility for confiscated materials.

• Attendee Conduct:

  • Follow the instructions and protocol of Chef Beach and Resort Organization Management. Non-compliance may result in exclusion without a refund.
  • Adhere to public taste guidelines in appearance; transparent, short, or revealing clothing for women is prohibited.
  • Approaching or interacting with performers on stage is prohibited.
  • Physical assault or verbal abuse of employees, performers, or attendees is prohibited.
  • Remain in designated seating areas according to reservation classification.

• Liability and Responsibility:

  • Vandalizing property exposes you to legal accountability and a fine.
  • Chef Beach management is not responsible for injuries or fatalities.
  • Management is not responsible for personal property loss.
  • Chef Beach provides a parking area but disclaims responsibility for cars or traffic accidents.

• Media and Documentation:

  • Event documentation may appear in media outlets or online; Chef Beach disclaims responsibility for this.

• Ticket and Entry Policies:

  • Tampering, forging, or reusing reservations exposes you to legal accountability.
  • Security has the right to conduct routine inspections for safety.
  • Leaving the venue requires purchasing a new ticket to re-enter.
  • Management has the right to exclude visitors per the specified terms without a refund.

• Refunds and Cancellations:

  • In force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods), tickets are non-refundable.
  • Refund requests for cancellations or postponements must be made within 24 hours of the announcement.
  • Refunds are processed through the original purchase bank account only.
  • Reservations cannot be exchanged or used for another event.
