• Dress Code: Commitment to public decency is required. Transparent, short, or revealing clothing is prohibited for women.
• Stage Restrictions: Approaching or interacting with performers on stage is prohibited.
• Conduct: Physical assault or verbal abuse towards employees, performers, or attendees is strictly forbidden.
• Seating Adherence: Please adhere to the designated seating areas according to your reservation classification.
• Property Damage: Vandalism of Chef Beach and resort property will result in legal action and fines as determined by management.
• Visitor Responsibility: Chef Beach management is not liable for any injuries or fatalities, God forbid.
• Personal Property: Management is not responsible for the loss of personal property. Please take care of your belongings.
• Parking: A parking area is provided, but management disclaims responsibility for any incidents involving visitors' cars or traffic accidents.
• Media Documentation: The event may be documented and publicized. Attendees may appear in photos, videos, or audio recordings that could be published online or in various media outlets.
• Ticket Tampering: Tampering with, forging, or reusing a reservation exposes you to legal accountability.
• Routine Inspections: Security has the right to conduct routine inspections for safety and security.
• Reservation Policy: Reservations are for families and ladies only.
• Re-entry: If a visitor leaves during the party, a new ticket must be purchased for re-entry.
• Exclusion Rights: Management and security reserve the right to exclude visitors from the party according to stated terms and conditions, with no refund.
• Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, such as earthquakes, fires, or floods, tickets will not be refunded.
• Cancellation Policy: Customers can request a refund within 24 hours of party cancellation or postponement. Failure to do so within the specified period will render the reservation invalid.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed through the original bank account used for purchase. No other methods are available.
• Non-transferable Tickets: Tickets cannot be exchanged or used for another party.
