- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- No food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol allowed inside.
- One 1-liter water bottle per person is permitted.

Dress Code
- Appropriate Swimwear: One-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, burkini.
- Unacceptable Swimwear: Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items.
Age and Health Restrictions
- Not recommended for individuals with neck, back, joint, or heart issues, or with physically limiting conditions.
- Pregnant women and guests with injuries or contagious diseases are restricted from most attractions.
- Children must be at least 13 years old to enter unaccompanied.
- Access to some rides requires a height of at least 1.2m.
