The name of the band Mgzavrebi can be tricky to pronounce at first, but their charm is easy to fall for from the very first notes.
The musicians blend modern rhythms with elements of traditional Georgian music, using both classical and folk instruments such as the panduri and didgeridoo. Instead of conventional drums, the band incorporates African djembe and Latin American cajón. All their songs are created for live performances, making Mgzavrebi concerts the embodiment of life, love, and joy, always met with great success.
For over 10 years, the band has been selling out shows across many CIS countries. Recently, Mgzavrebi captivated audiences in Europe, the USA, and Canada with their charisma and talent, presenting their songs there for the first time.
In 2024, the musicians released another stunning album, with its songs quickly becoming hits. Among them is the track *Sakartveloa*, which has unofficially become the anthem of the Georgian team at the European Football Championship.
