- Children aged 4 and below receive free entry to The London Bridge Experience, but it is not recommended to bring children of this age.
- Pregnant women can enter at their discretion; however, it is not recommended for those in the late stages of pregnancy, individuals with heart problems, nervous disposition, epilepsy, or claustrophobia.
- The London Bridge Experience is generally a walk-through with live actors portraying characters from London's history, and while this section is more funny and historical than scary, it can be dark in places. It is strongly advised not to enter the Tombs, which can be very dark with strobe lighting and an uneven path. Visitors are given the option to leave before entering The Tombs section.
