Boasting two sell-out UAE shows in 2022, Schalk Bezuidenhout is back in Dubai by popular demand.

Newly married, Schalk feels older, wiser and much more mature (possibly) but he wants is to stay “hip with the youth”. Can he do it? Can he ‘Keep Up’?

Schalk Bezuidenhout, is one of the most exciting voices in South African comedy, bringing his unique contemporary Afrikaans perspective to the global comedy stage. Schalk will be back in Dubai on Friday 26 January at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and on Saturday 27 January at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach.

Schalk has won a host of accolades including: winner of the Savanna Newcomer Award at the Comics’ Choice Awards 2013; nominee for Breakthrough Act at the Comics’ Choice Awards 2014 and winner of the Intermediate Award at the Comics’ Choice Awards 2015. Schalk also has a number of high-profile live appearances to his name; opening for Trevor Noah in 2015,2017 and 2023, and recording his own stand-up special for Comedy Central.
