Led by Seetal, a fitness and health expert with 25 years of experience, this bi-weekly class is designed for all levels —from relaxation seekers to those craving an intense full-body workout.

Seetal’s approach makes yoga fun, powerful, and dynamic,  mindful movement with her signature motto: “Train insane combiningor remain the same.” But at TODA, this isn’t just yoga—it’s immersive yoga.

Flow beneath waterfalls, stretch in the Arctic, balance on ocean waves, or meditate in the clouds. Every session is a new journey, surrounding you with stunning 360° visuals that transport you beyond the everyday.

Kindly bring your mat and towel for comfort, as TODA is not equipped as a yoga studio.
