- Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.

- Guests must follow the instruction of the professional guide at all times.
- Children under 12 years are not permitted on buggy tours.
- Children under 16 are not allowed to drive buggies but must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is over 18 years old and able to drive the buggies.
