The concept
The latest show by 'WHAT ELSE' is a mesmerizing fusion of immersive theater performance and a meticulously designed dinner. Each course offered to the guests has a reference or key to the story. The plot does only unfold on stage, but also on the plate of every spectator. At this private event, each guest will receive unforgettable emotions, a myriad of new taste sensations and, without a doubt, will recognize themselves in one of the characters.
Food as part of the show
Every dish of the dinner theater is an exquisite work of culinary art and is crafted to advance and intertwine with the plot. For instance, in one of our shows the story of a forgotten actress was paired with a dish presented on a clock moving backward, a poignant symbol of the actress's fleeting fame. Likewise, a burning candle crafted from stewed butter and cuttlefish ink took the form of the actress's silhouette, while black caviar symbolized a life lived with opulence.
Immersive experience
All our actors, dancers, models and waiting staff are dressed in elegant themed costumes, styled specially for the show. Some of them are completed by floor-length black gowns and masks, signifying the depersonalization of identity within our immersive world.
